Who this is for

You know the feeling.

Nine 1099s, three platforms and a folder of receipts you are afraid to open.
Nobody has told you which half of your life is actually deductible.
You made more this year than your parents ever did and you still feel broke.
March was $4,000 and June was $60,000 and nobody planned for either.
You are still filing as yourself while running an actual business.
The difference

Same income. Different year.

The difference

Most accountants have never heard of a brand deal.

01

Income from everywhere

YouTube, TikTok, brand deals, affiliate links, merch, the platform that pays in a different currency. All of it pulled into one place that adds up.

02

What is actually deductible

The camera is. The trip depends. The apartment partly. We draw the line where the law draws it, so the deductions survive a question rather than inviting one.

03

Irregular income needs a plan

A $60,000 month is not a salary. We set aside tax as the money arrives, so a quiet quarter does not turn into a problem in April.

04

You are a business now

Past a certain point, filing as yourself costs you real money. Entity, salary, retirement. The boring structure that keeps a lot more of a good year.

Proof

You get to see all of it.

Every platform, every payment, every deduction, in one place. Updated from your closed books rather than reconstructed in April.

Questions

Before you ask.

I get paid on four different platforms. Can you handle that?

Yes, and it is the normal case rather than the exception. Every platform reports and pays differently, which is why creators end up with four numbers and no total. We reconcile all of it into one set of books.

Is my camera, my trip or my apartment deductible?

The camera almost certainly. The trip depends on why you went and what you filmed. The apartment partly, if there is a defined space you work in. We draw the line where the law draws it and document it, so the deduction survives a question rather than inviting one.

My income is completely irregular. How does that work?

We set tax aside as each payment arrives rather than calculating it at year end. A sixty thousand dollar month is not a salary, and treating it like one is what turns a great year into an April problem.

Do I need an LLC or an S-Corp?

Depends what you make. Below a certain profit it is not worth the admin. Above it, the election is usually the single largest saving available to you. We run your numbers rather than repeating a rule of thumb from a video.

I have not filed in a couple of years. Is that a problem?

It is fixable and more common than you would think. We rebuild the books, file what is outstanding, and request penalty relief where the IRS allows it. There is no lecture attached.
