Your agency is profitable.
Your bank account disagrees.
Retainers land late. Contractors get paid on time. Somehow there is nothing left in the middle.
Stop Stressing TodayYou know the feeling.
Same clients. Different business.
Busy, and somehow broke
Busy, and actually profitable
Most accountants have never run an agency.
Project profitability
Revenue tells you nothing. We show you which client is worth keeping and which one is quietly costing you.
The cash gap
Clients pay in thirty days. Your team gets paid in seven. Someone has to model that gap, and it should not be you at midnight.
Contractors, tracked properly
Every payment tagged to a person, all year. January takes a day instead of a month, and nobody is chasing a shoebox of Zelle receipts.
Your own pay
Most agency owners pay themselves the wrong way and hand the difference to the IRS. We fix the structure so more of it stays yours.
You get to see all of it.
Your numbers, updated from your closed books, benchmarked against agencies your size. Not a spreadsheet someone emails you in March.
Sample dashboard. Real client numbers stay private.
Works with what you already use.
We plug into the tools running your agency, so nothing gets exported, re-keyed or lost between them.

Not seeing your bank or your platform. Ask us. The list is longer than the wall, and we connect to most things.
What actually lands.
The pieces, put together.
Most agencies start with one of these and add the rest as they grow. All of it runs from the same set of books.
Monthly accounting
Books closed monthly, with profit split by client, not just revenue.

Can you tell me which clients are actually profitable?
That is most of the point. We allocate contractor time, software and overhead against each client, so you see contribution margin per account rather than a single revenue number that flatters everyone equally.
We pay contractors all over the world. Does that work?
Yes. We track every payment against a person all year, handle classification, and have the 1099s ready in January instead of reconstructed from memory. International contractors have their own rules and we apply them.
We bill retainers and projects mixed together. Is that a problem?
No, but it is usually where the numbers go wrong. Retainer cash arriving is not revenue earned, and project work distorts a month if it is booked when invoiced. We recognise both properly so your margin stops lying to you.
How is this different from a normal bookkeeper?
A bookkeeper records what happened. We show profit per client, model the gap between clients paying you and you paying your team, and run a tax strategy during the year rather than reporting on it afterwards.
Do I need to switch accounting software?
Usually not. We work in Xero and QuickBooks and will use whichever you already have. If we do recommend moving, we handle the migration.
You did the work.
